This policy explains what 901 Locksmith Memphis (the "site", at 901locksmith.com) collects, why, and who sees it.
901 Locksmith Memphis refers requests to locksmith pros. It is not the business that shows up to do the job.

We use what you send to pass your request to locksmith pros and to follow up with you.
Other uses: recording your consent, stopping spam and bots, and improving how the site works.
Each request is forwarded to no more than three locksmith pros, with your name, phone, email and message.
The pros are not part of this site. Their own privacy practices apply to what they hold.
We also rely on service providers for hosting, phone and text delivery, email, and the AI language model behind the chat assistant. They process data for us only as needed to provide those services.
We will disclose information if legally required, and when needed to handle fraud, abuse or security threats.
Pros may pay us for referrals or for access to requests; where state law treats that as a "sale" or "share" of personal information, see the state section below for how to opt out.
By checking the consent box you agreed that no more than three pros may reach out to you by phone, text and email about your request, including with automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of getting help, and message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of a text thread, reply STOP; reply HELP for help. A STOP to one sender does not stop the others.
Logs of chats, calls and site visits stay for up to 24 months; after that they are deleted.
Requests and consent records are retained for 5 years, including as proof that you consented, and then deleted or de-identified.
Ask us if you want yours removed earlier.
We take appropriate steps to keep your information safe.
No website or storage system is completely secure, and we are unable to promise otherwise.
901 Locksmith Memphis is meant for adults; it is not aimed at anyone under 13.
We do not knowingly gather data from children, and will erase it if we learn we have.
Requests to review, correct or erase what we hold, or to stop sharing it with pros, are welcome.

Tennessee law (the Tennessee Information Protection Act) may give you rights to access, correct and erase personal information and to opt out of its sale, if it applies to us. Whether or not it does, you can use the choices described above through the contact page or phone number.
